Here it is! Kid to Kid has set aside saturday april 21st to donate 100% of the proceeds to Haleys life fund! Haleys sale is from 10am to 6pm. There will be a facepainter/ artist there between 2 and 6, Murals by Nora. It is going to be a good day and we are so thankful to kid to kid for putting this together. Please come out on the 21st of April to help with Haley! chances are you will then have a new favorite kids store. Kid to Kid in gilbert has a ton of great things, it is clean and kid friendly!

Kid to Kid Gilbert wants to help support the community that supports us. Join us on Saturday, April 21, 2012 for a fundraiser to raise funds to help pay the medical costs for a 5 year old girl diagnosed with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension. For almost a year, hospital visits and an oxygen tank have become a part of Haley’s normal life.
In July 2011, what was supposed to be a pre-Kindergarten check-up, doctors discovered that Haley’s heartbeat had a murmur. Further investigation revealed the murmur was a result of undiagnosed holes in her heart that were present at birth.
Four years living with holes in her heart overtaxed her developing lungs and led to pulmonary hypertension. Now, before they can fix her heart, they must first repair her lungs.
Kid to Kid Gilbert would like to contribute to the costs of Haley's medical care by holding a fundraiser on Saturday, April 21,2012 and we need YOUR help! Here’s what you can do:
1.) From now until April 20, 2012 sell your stuff to Kid to Kid Gilbert to help us make sure we have enough product to sell at the fundraiser.
2.) Shop on April 21, 2012! All of the profits will be donated to Haley’s medical expenses.

I saw your blog frrom the kid to kid text they sent me about the fund. When i read it my heart ached for you so i couldnt help but comment.
ReplyDeleteI know the pain of watching your child suffer and not being able to do anything other then support them and love them. I too am a Heart Mom (moms who have kids with any form of heart defect) because of my little 2 year old boy. I know the waiting game and the pain of the uncertainty. Just know you & haley are not alone and you guys are in our prayers and I will spread the word about the fundraiser. Best of luck and continue to update :)
