Our appt is on tuesday the 17th in the morning. I am not expecting to leave there and be able to give any one a definite answer on what our plan is. Nick and I have an idea in our minds of what we think is best and why, but the doctors advice may change all that, or give us more to think about.
If only we go in and all the doctors advice was the same, then it would be a bit easier. Back last august when we first started all of this we had most of the doctors telling us it was too late, we shouldnt even get our hopes up on helping her. But thanks to God, Haleys doctors said they wanted to do everything they could to help and that they were "cautiously optimistic". We have heard cautiously optimistic quite a few times since then, it sounds so much better then sorry nothing we can do.
We will try and let everyone know as soon as we know and feel comfortable with saying it to everyone.
Until then keep spreading the word about the kid to kid sale this saturday! Thank you to everyone that has passed word along. Nick and I are going to try and be there all day to say thank you personally. If you dont see us please ask! My aunts are taking Haley and Ashley to see Mirror Mirror that morning so they will not be there until later in the afternoon. It is going to be a good day.

Kid to Kid Gilbert wants to help support the community that supports us. Join us on Saturday, April 21, 2012 for a fundraiser to raise funds to help pay the medical costs for a 5 year old girl diagnosed with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension. For almost a year, hospital visits and an oxygen tank have become a part of Haley’s normal life.
In July 2011, what was supposed to be a pre-Kindergarten check-up, doctors discovered that Haley’s heartbeat had a murmur. Further investigation revealed the murmur was a result of undiagnosed holes in her heart that were present at birth. Four years living with holes in her heart overtaxed her developing lungs and led to pulmonary hypertension. Now, before they can fix her heart, they must first repair her lungs. Kid to Kid Gilbert would like to contribute to the costs of Haley's medical care by holding a fundraiser on Saturday, April 21,2012 and we need YOUR help! Here’s what you can do:
From now until April 20, 2012 sell your stuff to Kid to Kid Gilbert to help us make sure we have enough product to sell at the fundraiser.
Shop on April 21, 2012! All of the profits will be donated to Haley’s medical expenses.
